Griswell Mill

One of the shots I took of my granddaughter and her fiancé on last weeks shoot. It was my first attempt at removing unwanted items in the shot. It is a beautiful setting of hwy 16 in Hancock County, Georgia. It is however cluttered with power lines that really hurts the image. I used the spot healing brush to remove the power lines, well most of them.

  1. I have experimented a few times “painting out” things I do not want in a photograph. With me it worked as long as you did not zoom in and look too close! I won’t strain my eyes on this one! The mill is picturesque.

    1. I am sure I have much more to learn about this type of editing, but I did think it turned out OK. It definitely takes practice. Thanks for the comment Greg.
